HOW TO JOIN OUR CLUB

If you are not already enrolled, you must be a member in good standing of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and Gun Owners Action League (GOAL). For your convenience, links to these organizations are included at the bottom of this page. You may use them to enroll.

You will need copies of your NRA and GOAL membership cards as part of the application process. Note that copies of the NRA/GOAL membership confirmation pages are not acceptable.

You must participate in and complete a Massachusetts approved gun safety course prior to acceptance into our organization. We will, however, accept a currently valid License to Carry (LTC) or a valid Firearms Identification card (FID) in lieu of the safety certificate.

If you wish to download a Hamilton and Wenham Rod and Gun Club membership application along with detailed instructions please click the club logo button shown below. You may also obtain one via U.S. Mail. Use the "Contact" page to tell us where to mail it.

Once you have completed the application, please bring it (along with a check and copies of your GOAL and NRA membership cards) to one of our regularly scheduled monthly meetings where you will be introduced and welcomed into the club. The meetings start at 7:30PM on the third Tuesday of each month at the American Legion Hall at 37 School Street (off Route 22) in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Please show up by 7:00PM on meeting night in order to have time to complete the financial requirements.
